Software Engineer

Software Engineer (AI, PHP): Building and shipping AI-driven features end-to-end, designing scalable backend systems for Generative AI products used by millions of learners worldwide with an accent on owning decisions and solving real problems. Focus on working directly with senior leadership and product teams, experimenting with real data to prove and tune functionality, and owning work across the full lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Dublin)

What you will do

• Build and ship AI-driven features end-to-end.
• Work directly with senior leadership and product teams.
• Design scalable backend systems.
• Experiment with real data to prove and tune functionality.
• Own work across the full lifecycle (idea release iteration).

Requirements

• 3+ years building production software.
• Strong PHP experience.
• Good database fundamentals (SQL / NoSQL).
• Testing mindset (unit + integration).
• AWS or any other major cloud experience.

Nice to have

• AI / ML / LLM exposure.
• FastAPI or Symfony.
• CI/CD experience.
• Frontend experience.
