32-40 hours/week €60,000 - €80,000/month
C# Azure Blazor Real product, real impact
Behind every EV charge lies a complex infrastructure, and this team is building the software that makes it all work. From a self-service portal to real-time system health and token whitelisting, their platform helps charge point operators (CPOs) stay in control, stay compliant, and scale with confidence.
Founded in 2020 by a trio of engineers, this dev-led company has quietly built a powerful product now running across four continents. And they're doing it the right way: thoughtful growth, clean tech, and on track to be profitable by the end of the year.
The stack? C#, Blazor, and fully hosted in Azure.
The culture? Developer-first, low-ego, and product-obsessed.
What you'll be working on
- Ship new features across the full stack
- Improve performance, fix bugs, and keep things humming
- Help shape the architecture as the platform scales globally
- Get involved in deep product challenges, from roaming to OCPI integration, token management, and real-time visibility
- Pair when useful, solo when not - no micromanagement.
What you'll Need
- 3+ years of experience with C# and Azure
- Experience building production-ready APIs and web apps
- Bonus points if you know Blazor, or have worked with OCPI
- A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset
- Able to work from the Arnhem office 3 days/week
What You'll Get
- €60,000 - €80,000/month
- Your choice of hardware and setup
- Platform already live across four continents
- Company on track to be profitable by year-end
- Work directly with the founding team (all engineers)
- Real say in tech and product decisions
- No fluff. No politics. Just great software, well built
