You'll join our remote team to work on executing an evolving product roadmap, and will be among our first engineers to address industry challenges. You'll own significant parts of the product and make a global impact.
Initially, you will be part of the core engineering team, expected to be hands-on with coding (writing and reviewing code). You will influence Desana's engineering culture, with potential leadership opportunities as the team grows.
You will collaborate closely with our product team and broader company to develop new functionalities for our customers, their employees, workspace partners, and internal teams.
Location and HoursFully remote based in the UK.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs part of the core engineering team, you will be expected to actively code, review code, and influence engineering culture. You will work with the product team to develop new features for various stakeholders.
About YouYou are an experienced software engineer (this role is not suitable for entry-level candidates).
You have a strong technical and product background.
You can communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
You are comfortable working autonomously, ideally in startup or entrepreneurial environments.
You are eligible to work and based in the UK.
You are willing to undergo a background check prior to joining.

Salary and ProgressionWe aim to bring transparency to pay and share options. Your salary for this role will be up to £77,600, depending on location and experience, based on our salary framework that considers market data, experience, and seniority.

Holidays include 32 days paid leave (pro rata for part-time), plus time off at Christmas and your birthday.
