As a Software Developer you are working at the heart of the design, development, deploy and continuous improvement of our Marketing Operations Suite (MOS): . You are a key player in the agile software development team that is building one of the core systems and integrations that manage all work throughout our studio's.

At APS Group IT you will be part of a team with other highly skilled members and collaborate with our colleagues in other regions. You participate in an innovative working environment on complex projects involving marketing technology for leading international corporate customers such as Albert Heijn, Philips, BBC, and the UK Government.

Responsibilities

• You work in an agile environment with other skilled team members on Web Services, API's
• You ensure the quality and correctness of what you deliver with a test-driven development approach
• You strive for easier and effective ways to solve a challenge
• You follow best-practice design patterns to keep solutions maintainable and testable

What do we expect from you?

Base requirements

• Self-motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
• Analytically strong and good at solving problems
• Professional attitude towards our customers and colleagues
• Independent, confident and at ease in a dynamic organization
• Good sense of humour, innovative and a wide interest in new technology
• Bachelor or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (software engineering, artificial intelligence, etc.)

Essential Skills / Experience

Practical experience with:

• At least 2 years of experience with software development
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests
• Java 21, Spring Boot, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ

Knowledge of:

• REST architectural principles
• Event-driven architectures
• Experience with AWS is considered a pré
• Experience with NetSuite is considered a pré
