Software Developer

Role Overview:
WA Consulants are seeking a skilled SC Cleared Software Developer to support the development of an in-house plat-form as part of its digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will work within a small, agile team to build and enhance applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Rate up to £650 per day umbrella rate. Location London, but mainly remote. Inside IR35. SC Clearance required
 
Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and maintain Canvas and Power Apps applications.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solu-tions.
. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery.
. Ensure solutions align with GDS (Government Digital Service) standards.
. Support the integration of applications with existing systems and data sources.
. Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
 
Essential Skills & Experience:
. Proven experience in developing Canvas and Power Apps.
. Strong coding skills within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and GDS delivery approaches.
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 

Desirable Skills:
. Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
. Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection
