Software Developer - Oracle HCM Payroll

Location: Abbey Wood, Bristol - 3 days onsite per week
Contract: Until 31 March 2027

We are seeking a technical Payroll Software Developer with demonstrable Oracle HCM Payroll/Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.

The role sits within a core payroll service, supporting high-priority business change including pay awards and wider payroll enhancements. This is a technical development role, not a reporting/dashboard-only position.

Key requirements:

• Strong Oracle HCM Payroll/Oracle Fusion experience
• Oracle payroll processing and payroll runbooks
• Payroll and Elements configuration
• Retrospective payroll calculations/processes
• Payroll tables and associated development
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration development
• SQL and PL/SQL
• Fast Formula development and debugging
• Oracle HCM integrations
• OTBI/BI reporting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience within a corporate services or shared services environment

Experience with Fast Formula, Elements, HCM Extract, HDL, HSDL/AD, OTBI/BI, SQL/PLSQL and OIC is highly desirable.

Public Sector experience desirable.
