CFC Assistant at 90% for the Mobile Team at the Maison de Vie DEFI in Boudry - High-Intensity System - each day is built on presence, consistency, and the ability to adjust. We support adults and adolescents with intellectual disabilities and associated disorders, exhibiting challenging behaviors that require a structured and secure framework. In the context of developing our mobile team, we are looking for a social educator ready to intervene according to the needs within 7 to 8 homes of the Maison de Vie. You will gradually discover the various microstructures, with an essential passage through the minor home, becoming a support where presence needs to be strengthened; no two days are the same. You may start in a home for adults requiring very individualized support, continue with support to a team facing rising tension, and then conclude around a more peaceful moment, structured by limited sensory references and a millimeter approach. You are at the heart of the field, close to the beneficiaries and the teams. The position demands great psychological flexibility and the ability to quickly create connections with beneficiaries of diverse profiles and to integrate fluidly into different groups. This role is aimed at a person primarily driven by direct support, human contact, and the diversity of contexts.
