Responsibilities:

• Client Support and Advocacy: Assess clients' needs and provide counseling, resources, and advocacy to help them navigate personal, financial, or social challenges.
• Case Management: Develop and implement care plans for individuals, families, or communities, coordinating services and monitoring progress toward goals.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to emergencies, providing immediate support and referrals to ensure safety and access to necessary services.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work
• CORU Registration
• Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
• Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
• All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
• International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 moths after the age of 16).
