Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join the Children's Disabilities Team

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 year's permanent experience per DFE guidelines.

About the Team:

The team provides support to children with disabilities, ensuring that their individual needs are identified, understood, and met through tailored interventions and services. As a social worker within this team, your responsibilities would include advocating for the rights and wellbeing of each child, coordinating with families, schools, and healthcare providers, and ensuring that comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented.

About You:

To be considered, you must have:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience
• Previous experience within a children frontline team is beneficial.
• A full UK Driver's License is essential
