Social Worker - Intermediate Care

Day Webster are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 7 Social Worker to assess the care needs of people aged 18+ who are being discharged from Isle of Man hospitals or staying at home with the support of the Intermediate Care Service.Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to start as soon as possible for a long term contract. 1. 18+ Adults experience
2. Valid Driver's licence
3. Degree or Diploma in Social Work
4. Active Professional registration with Social Work England (SWE)
