• Degree or equivalent in social work.
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Recent managerial experience, such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
• A solid background in frontline Children's Services with significant experience as a Team Manager.
