• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Strong mentorship abilities with recent managerial experience in roles such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
• Extensive frontline experience within Children's Services.
