Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager for the Assessment & Intervention Team in Slough. The role is permanent, full-time, based in Slough with a 12-month fixed-term contract. Salary is up to £62,405 per year.

You will lead a team of Senior Social Workers and Social Workers, oversee caseload distribution, and drive quality assurance and service improvements while promoting best practices and safeguarding for children and families.
