Our ambition is to build the future of Mobile Business Apps! We are looking for a Social Media Performance Specialist to join our talented team and help us maximize the potential of our marketing channels


The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Social Media Performance Specialist to take full ownership of our paid user acquisition strategy across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and TikTok.

In this role, you won't just manage campaigns - you'll own the performance strategy end-to-end. You'll have the autonomy to define the roadmap, test new approaches, and directly execute campaigns that drive real impact. This is a unique opportunity to work in a small, agile team, where your work will have a direct influence on the success of our apps.

You'll collaborate closely with our creative and data teams to identify winning concepts and iterate fast. If you're passionate about performance marketing, know how to scale mobile apps, and enjoy combining strategy with execution, you'll thrive at Labhouse.


What are we looking for?

Channel expertise

  • Proven track record of creating and managing high-performing campaigns on at least one of the following: Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Experience managing and executing campaigns with budgets exceeding $50K/month.

Creative collaboration

  • Skilled at working with creative teams to ideate and produce compelling ad assets.
  • Ability to analyze creative performance and provide insights to improve impact per platform.

Analytical mindset

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Deep knowledge of KPIs, platform algorithms, and optimization strategies.

Mobile-first focus

  • Experience in a mobile app product company is essential.
  • If you've worked in small, agile teams and have been directly responsible for growing an app from the ground up, that's a big plus.
  • Familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust) and mobile measurement challenges like SKAdNetwork (SKAN).

  • Hands-on, execution-driven mindset - you're not just creating strategy, you're in the platforms daily, making things happen.
  • Strong technical knowledge of performance marketing; you know how the tools work, how to test, scale, and troubleshoot.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive user acquisition and revenue.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop and test ad assets that perform.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and drive ongoing improvement.
  • Continuously experiment with new channels, targeting strategies, and formats.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to maintain competitive edge.
