The Opportunity

We're hiring a Social Media Manager to join our remote-first Marketing team, working closely with our marketing team, designers, and senior leadership.


This role exists to take full ownership of Reboot's social media presence, helping to grow our audience, amplify our brand, and support key campaigns with standout content.


You'll be joining a fully remote team that operates on a 4-day working week, with flexible hours and a collaborative culture.

The Social Media Manager will take full ownership of Reboot's social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. You'll be responsible for planning and creating content that supports our quarterly marketing campaigns, amplifies thought leadership, and brings our agency culture to life. From writing posts for the Reboot brand account to managing senior leadership profiles, you'll ensure our voice is consistent, engaging, and impactful.

Day-to-day, you'll work across content creation, video editing, scheduling, and reporting - as well as attending events, award ceremonies, and socials to capture content in real time.

You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and our in-house designers to ensure all social output reflects campaign priorities and contributes to long-term brand growth.

Core Responsibilities

Social Media Ownership

  • Manage day-to-day posting across Reboot's social channels, primarily LinkedIn, with supporting content for, Reddit, X, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Create and manage content calendars aligned to quarterly campaigns and marketing goals.
  • Develop original content ideas to showcase Reboot's people, culture, client work, and expertise.
  • Own and manage content publishing across senior leadership profiles (e.g. CEO, directors), including ghostwriting posts, coordinating visuals, and tracking performance.


Content Creation & Creative Direction

  • Capture and edit short-form videos for social (event recaps, talking-heads, behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life, etc.).
  • Attend events, award ceremonies, and socials to gather content (across the UK and internationally where required.)
  • Work closely with in-house designers and use tools like Canva to create eye-catching visuals.

Growth & Reporting

  • Drive growth and engagement across all platforms, with a core focus on LinkedIn.
  • Build, nurture, and grow a relevant and active follower base across platforms.
  • Deliver monthly social media reports, tracking engagement, reach, and platform performance.
  • Recommend adjustments to strategy based on insights and evolving platform best practices.
  • Contribute creative ideas to quarterly marketing campaigns, ensuring social media supports wider goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Design teams to amplify campaigns and content hubs.
  • Run paid social campaigns where needed
  • Stay ahead of trends in the digital marketing and SEO/PR landscape to inform fresh, timely content.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience growing business accounts across LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Confident ghostwriting or creating content on behalf of senior team members.
  • Proficient in Canva, with experience briefing or working alongside graphic designers.
  • Experience shooting and editing video for social media, especially short-form and vertical video.
  • Evidence of growing engaged social audiences and building community online.
  • Strong reporting skills, able to translate data into clear insights and next steps.
  • Creative, collaborative, and organised, with an eye for brand tone, consistency, and storytelling
  • Experience running or supporting paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.).
  • Familiarity with TikTok trends and creative formats.
  • London-based or within easy reach of London - must be available to attend events across the UK (and occasionally abroad).
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of SEO and Digital PR.
