We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager for a leading organization in the financial sector. In this role, you'll help shape the digital presence of both the company and its senior leadership, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. You'll combine strategic insight with hands-on creativity to strengthen both the corporate and personal brands.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles for senior management.
• Translate brand and content strategies into impactful, professional social posts.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment.
• Spot and act on tactical opportunities on social media.
• Track and analyze performance to continuously improve content.
• Independently create visual and written content (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Contribute fresh ideas and keep content formats innovative and engaging.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in social media and PR, ideally in an agency or in-house setting.
• Strong editorial skills in English (near-native level), with working knowledge of French or Dutch.
• Experience managing LinkedIn pages for brands and C-suite executives.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and content performance reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - including direct interaction with senior leadership.
• Independence, precision, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience working agile and using tools like Wrike is a plus.
