Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager (Student-Focused, Belgium)

Location: Belgium (Remote/On-Campus)

Contract Type: Freelance / Part-Time

Languages: Dutch, French, or bilingual, with strong English skills

About the Role

We're building the next big thing in youth entertainment - bold, fun, and made for students. Our brand is already out there on billboards and digital spaces, but now we need to make some serious noise on social. That's where you come in.

The Mission

We're looking for a funny, relatable, and trend-savvy content creator to take over our TikTok and Instagram and turn them into must-follow accounts for Belgian students aged 18-35. Think real-life funny, not scripted advert vibes. You'll be the voice and face of a brand students can't ignore.

What You'll Do

• Post 3x per week on TikTok & Instagram (META)
• Create 1+ original UGC video per week (funny, real-life, culturally relevant)
• Spot viral trends and jump on them creatively
• Manage and engage with our student community (comments, DMs, etc.)
• Align with the Belgian student calendar (exams, parties, campus life, etc.)
• Submit monthly social performance reports

What We're Looking For

• Age 18-25 and based in Belgium
• Social media native with a talent for relatable, student-life content
• Comedic voice or style that resonates with a Gen Z audience
• Solid understanding of Belgian youth culture (gaming, sports, music, lifestyle)
• Confident in filming/editing content using just a phone
• Bonus: Experience with social media strategy or community building
• Dependable and consistent with deadlines and deliverables

KPIs

• Grow organic following to 25,000+ followers across TikTok & Instagram
• Maintain at least 5% engagement rate across all content
• Build a loyal, interactive student community
