Social Media & Communications Manager

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Social Media and Communication Manager to support different projects involving both internal and external communication. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing content across a variety of platforms and formats.

You will work closely with our copywriter and our graphic designers, ensuring that content is delivered on time, on brand, and in line with project goals. The ideal candidate combines creativity, structure, and the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.

• Plan and manage multi-channel communication activities, including digital, print, and on-site materials
• Coordinate and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), adapted to each audience and format
• Support the development and delivery of storytelling content (posts, visuals, quotes, interviews, etc.)
• Lead the preparation and execution of campaigns, including creative briefing, message development, and content rollout
• Monitor timelines, approvals, and feedback cycles for all communications
• Ensure consistency in visual and editorial standards across all content
• Contribute to internal and external communications, including newsletters, presentations, and campaign support
• Collaborate on the organization and communication needs of events, fairs, or other in-person activations
• Align with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure priorities, tone, and planning are respected
• Adapt and repurpose content across channels and formats as needed

• Native-level fluency in French and Dutch (Belgium) and Fluent in English
• 3-5 years of experience in communication, campaign coordination, or social media management
• Proven ability to manage and deliver content across different channels and formats
• Strong project coordination skills: structured, deadline-focused, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with digital tools such as CMS platforms, social media scheduling tools, and project management software
• Experience in both digital and offline communication, including campaign and event support
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
