A global social media agency is seeking an experienced, French-native Account Director to lead local market strategy and client relationships for a major automotive client in France.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead social strategy and ensure high-quality delivery across all touchpoints.
• Act as the primary contact for French stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.
• Coordinate meetings, manage timelines, and proactively resolve issues with both clients and internal teams.
• Oversee a team of Paris-based freelancers, ensuring market-relevant content and community building.
• Travel monthly to Paris to strengthen client relationships and support local execution.
• Monitor scope, resourcing, time tracking, and performance reporting.

Requirements:

• Native French speaker, fluent in English, and based in London
• 4+ years' experience in client services within an agency setting
• Strong client relationship and project management skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality social-first work
• Solid understanding of social strategy, content, and media execution
• Track record in account growth and retention

Rates depend on experience and client requirements
