Job Overview:

We're looking for a highly organised and culturally connected Social Manager to join our growing social media team. You'll play a key role in delivering standout social campaigns across a range of clients. You'll work closely with creative, strategy and account teams to bring social-first ideas to life. You'll be a calm and proactive operator, confident in working with creative teams as well as client communications. You'll also support in mentoring junior team members and shaping best practice across platforms. This is a role for someone who thrives on creative collaboration and takes pride in the detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on the end-to-end delivery of social campaigns, from briefing to planning and reporting.

• Manage social campaign assets across multiple clients, ensuring brand consistency and quality control.

• Write and review social copy, ensuring it aligns with tone of voice, platform norms and campaign goals.

• Handle reactive and real-time social opportunities, working closely with creatives and strategy.

• Build client-facing reports and deliver actionable insights from social performance data.

• Support the team in managing client relationships and contributing to new business efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong platform knowledge and understanding of how to develop content that works across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

• Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and critically about social content and campaigns.

• Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and internal teams.

• Excellent copywriting and editorial skills with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing timelines, deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

• Experience working with designers, video editors or content creators.
