Sgipa is a reference partner, proactive and attentive to individuals who need personalized support in their specialized projects, employment, and our residences welcoming people with intellectual disabilities. We are looking for several Assistants or Assistants. Mission _ - Participate in the key stages of the support project for resident individuals: welcome, interdisciplinary activities, personal care, assistance in daily living activities, and interdisciplinary conferences; - Actively contribute to the smooth functioning of the residence where the ASE intervenes, as well as to the general care of resident individuals; - Ensure safety and guarantee a good quality of life for each resident individual; - Promote the development of resident individuals by enhancing and developing their skills through the monitoring of individualized projects, validated by or referenced; - Perform routine tasks related to the function; - Participate in projects related to the profile _ You have a CFC in ASE or an equivalent qualification recognized by SEFRI; You possess solid experience and know the CDPH; You are familiar with the Geneva social and medical networks; You are able to adapt flexibly and reactively to emergencies; You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and a real sense of teamwork, and you know how to show listening, availability, and perseverance in the face of daily challenges; You are comfortable with tasks as well as with office tools; You are willing to work irregular hours, at night and on weekends.
