Job Description

In IEPA / POOL R1 / at 80% / in fixed-term contract (6-8 months) The buildings with supervision for elderly persons (IEPA) comprise independent housing where elderly individuals can live fully, as well as common areas for various activities allowing them to remain autonomous in a secure environment. Your missions and responsibilities - Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by taking necessary measures - Organize collective life within the building and provide social assistance and support to those who request it (e.g., ensuring access to social rights, assisting with financial management, and handling communication with partners both internal and external to IMAD, specific to home care and contributing to interdisciplinary care through collaboration with various partners) - Work closely with team leaders of the IEPA and ensure the management of social administration in accordance with IMAD procedures - Ensure follow-up and communication with property owners, managers, and businesses within the framework defined between the various partners - Provide on-call support during weekends and holidays Required qualifications: HES-SO in social work or degree recognized by the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Universities of Applied Sciences and Higher Schools of Social Work (SASSA) or Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing, or degree X of 3 to 5 years in the social field or in care (experience in a relevant field required) - For nursing profiles, knowledge in mental health would be a plus - Ability to work autonomously across the Canton - Knowledge of the Geneva social/health network - Ease in interacting with elderly individuals - Rigor and quality control with standard tools. jidfb888edaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
