As aSocial Care Workeryou will play an essential role in helping these young individuals grow, become independent and overcome challenges as they progress.

Requirements:

• Level 7/Level 8 Qualification in Social Care or equivalent
• Full drivers licence and access to own transport
• Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to work days and sleepovers
