We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Social Care Worker to join our team in Dublin (CHO6). This is a permanent, full-time post in Sandyford, 39 hours per week.
Contract Type: Permanent Post
Contract Hours: Full Time Post, 39 hours per week.
Salary Scale: €39,160- €54,746 pro rata per annum (subject to Long Service Increments).
Annual Leave Entitlement: 31 days pro rata per annum, proportionate for less than 12 months of service.
Overview of the Post: Work as part of a dedicated and innovative team in an Adult Day Service working with adults with physical and/or sensory or mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. Support individuals accessing the service with all aspects of their daily lives according to their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:
- Professional registration on the Social Care Workers Register maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board at CORU, and a Schedule 3 qualification, or a comparable qualification recognised by the Board.
- Knowledge, skills and suitability to perform the role effectively.
- Annual registration on the Social Care Workers Register upon appointment.
- Experience in developing personal plans, acting as a key worker, delivering personal care, assisting adults with medical needs / administering medication, and engaging in professional supervision.
- Full, clean, manual driving licence.
- Experience working with adults and families with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities.
- Minimum of 1 year post qualification experience relevant to the role.
