Location: Aura Lodge, Raheen, Limerick
Hours: 3 shifts rotation (days, live nights, late shifts)
Start date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathy and active listening during times of distress or transition
• Help clients navigate mental health challenges, grief, or social isolation
• Build trusting relationships that foster emotional safety and resilience
• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
• Support with household tasks: cooking, cleaning, shopping
• Collaborate with clients, families, and professionals to create individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and progress

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 7 or 8 degree in social care
• CORU Registration
• Must be a resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or EUFam.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
• International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
