Social Care Training Lead Hybrid & Flexible Hours

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is looking for a dedicated individual to join the Learning & Development Team. This role focuses on ensuring the social work and social care workforce has the right skills and knowledge to provide excellent services to the citizens of Ceredigion.

You will develop and deliver training programmes, support the Trainee Social Work Scheme, and coordinate training efforts while enjoying flexible work arrangements including hybrid working options.
