From your future manager, Zahra: Working in a collective accommodation facility for asylum seekers means practicing your profession close to humanity. Our structure exclusively hosts men, in a very simple living environment. Daily life is busy, and the social situations can be complex, but they are also rich in encounters. We are looking for a proactive, engaged individual who is comfortable with contact and enjoys fieldwork. A professional capable of approaching residents, making connections, and working in a network within an interdisciplinary team where collective autonomy and mutual aid are fundamental pillars. Autonomy is important, but it always fits within a collective logic: we move forward together, share successes, and find solutions as a team when difficulties arise. You are responsible for follow-ups and interviews, setting up personalized action plans, supporting beneficiaries in their social and professional integration, coordinating with internal partners, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Profile You have a bachelor's degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if the degree is foreign). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and insurance systems. You have excellent French (oral and written); knowledge of English or other languages is an asset. You have a marked interest in the social sector.
