The objective is twofold: to enhance employability and to support integration into the job market. Are you experienced in the field of human resources, work psychology, or social work? Do you have at least 5 years of experience in human resources, placement, or socio-professional integration? Are you notably interested in supporting and socio-professional integration? Do you have good knowledge of the Swiss apprenticeship system and the labor market, as well as interview techniques and job search techniques? You stand out for your excellent skills in pedagogy, show great adaptability, and are recognized for your ability to coach/motivate? DEMARCHE is looking for a socio-professional intervenor, CDD (6 months), 80%. Your missions As a socio-professional intervenor, your mission consists of providing advice and support to apprentices during their integration process throughout their training and, depending on profiles, until their entry into the labor market. Thus, you will ensure the quality and development of integration while respecting the requirements of funding authorities and the DGEP, by undertaking the following activities: Support, assess, and follow up with apprentices on professional, pedagogical, and personal levels, as well as managing apprentice files: work, absences, interview reports, etc. Conduct interviews related to the apprentice's life cycle: arrival interview, post-probation interview, realignment sessions, exit interview. Act as a contact point for the network of intervenors (DGEP, vocational schools, AS): follow up on the apprentice's integration plan and, as needed, plan support courses. Act as a liaison between the apprentice and their professional environment, through regular contact with employers. Participate, with sector managers, in assessing the skills of apprentices and their level of development; actively assist in the outplacement of apprentices and their integration into the labor market: prospecting and establishing contacts with companies to identify apprenticeship opportunities, assisting apprentices in compiling a complete application file, preparing for interviews.
