Salary: £70K - £75K

They are seeking a highly creative and strategically-minded Social & Influencer Director to deliver social first content, guide strategic social and influencer approaches, and foster community engagement across our client portfolio.

The Opportunity:

1. Oversee and develop innovative social creative ideas, ensuring consistency and seamless integration with other marketing channels.
2. Optimise existing social creative to maximize its native feel and impact on each platform.
3. Craft and mentor teams on social copy best practices, elevating the quality and effectiveness of our messaging.
4. Stay at the forefront of influencer and creator trends, translating these insights into client presentations.
5. Collaborate on the development of social messaging and overarching campaign strategies.
6. Develop clear and effective briefs for influencer collaborations.
7. Mentor and develop members of the social media team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
8. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives both internally and externally, elevating the group's social media expertise.
