SOCIAL AD Description An experienced, proactive, organised and keen individual who is looking to join a tightknit team delivering work to a high standard. Should be passionate about the social and creative space, with a curiosity for strategy and insights. Comfortable being highly communicative and collaborative, while having the capability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Experience maintaining and growing accounts, by owning senior client relationships and consistently delivering work to a high standard.Ideally strong automotive experience and interest for the automotive industry. Skills & Attributes Commercial Acumen: Strong agency financials experience Comfortable scoping retainers and projects Comfortable managing projects against scoped budget/hours, monitoring and managing burn rate Management: Line management and mentoring experience Organisation : Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and teams. Skilled at putting into place efficient ways of working. Strong attention to detail. Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively across creative, strategy, and production teams. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Communication : Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to lead and influence stakeholders. Strong writing and communication skills. Confidence and willingness to present to colleagues and clients. A keen eye for design and branding, ensuring content aligns with client brand guidelines. Drive & Curiosity: Passionate about social media, creativity, and audience engagement. Driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strategic and creative thinker. Experience Approx five years in Client Services within an agency Strong experience in social content marketing, preferably within an agency setting Expertise in content strategy, digital marketing, and multi-platform social media campaigns. Proficiency in social/media measurement and research tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, etc. Experience with delivering social & campaign reporting, succinctly delivering key learnings and insights. Experience with and understanding of working with influencers/on influencer campaigns.
