Snagging Manager

Options Resourcing is working closely with a trusted industry leader to find a capable Snagging Manager for a high-rise student accommodation project in North Bristol. The contract is for a minimum of 12 months starting in July.

Responsibilities:

1. Create snagging lists.
2. Manage the correction of snags.
3. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards.
4. Maintain site records and progress reports.

Certificates Required:

• SMSTS
• First Aid Qualification
• CSCS Card
