SMSTS Site Manager - New Housing Development

Start Date: Tuesday 5th May Duration: Minimum 6 weeks Rate: Negotiable (PAYE or CIS considered)

We are seeking an experienced SMSTS Site Manager to oversee a new-build housing development based in Ross & Cromarty, Inverness shire. This is an immediate requirement for a minimum 6 week contract, with the potential for extension depending on site progress.

Key Requirements

• Valid SMSTS certification
• First Aid qualification
• Strong organisational and communication skills, ability to manage subcontractors, ensure H&S compliance, and maintain site standards

Additional Information

• No subsistence or accommodation is provided, so applicants should be local or able to commute daily.
• Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.
