Job DescriptionThe Go-to-Market (GTM) UK & Ireland team is responsible for developing the SMB merchant and SMB distribution partner propositions, ensuring relevant offerings are delivered to target markets through the most effective distribution channels, utilizing all available communication and engagement tools.
Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) offers an opportunity to learn all aspects of the business through three rotations of 8 months each:
- Rotation 1: Direct Marketing
- Rotation 2: Partner Marketing
- Rotation 3: Go to Market

Responsibilities for the role
- Support the go-to-market team in planning and executing activities and projects, focusing on marketing support.
- Assist in planning, developing, and launching campaigns for solutions, products, and propositions.
- Help develop approaches and positioning that highlight business value and connect with target audiences throughout their journey.
- Collaborate across functions, utilizing data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and funnels.
- Assist with event planning.
- Monitor the competitive landscape.

Basic qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in administration, marketing, CIM, or English) with an expected completion date of May 2024/2025.
- Available to start the program on 1 Sept 2025.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Leadership qualities
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong presentation skills
Location: London, Old Broad Street (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Contract: Fixed-term 2-year employment contract.
