U Break We Fix IT in Hereford is looking for a skilled technician to diagnose and repair smart gadgets, such as phones and other electronics. The ideal candidate should possess experience in handling software issues and hardware repairs, including replacements of various parts like LCD screens and charging ports.

This role also requires strong customer service skills as you will interact with customers, assist in sales opportunities, and contribute positively to branch performance. A background in radio or consumer electronics is preferred.
