1-year fixed-term part-time contract with possibility of extension

Pay:
- Main rate: £12.71 per hour
- Overtime rate: £15.89 per hour

6 Core Responsibilities of a Store Assistant (Cashier)

• Ensuring all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures are followed
• Handling sales transactions accurately as a till operator/cashier
• Supporting merchandising and stock replenishment (shelves, fridges, displays)
• Assisting with daily store operations in a food retail environment
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store at all times

What You Need to Succeed as a Store Assistant (Cashier)

• Previous experience in food retail preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Basic English and spoken knowledge of any Eastern European language (Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, etc.)
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
• Ability to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
