Small Animal Vet Role - 4 day week - only 1:4 Sat am - NO OOHS

Our client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for providing quality, affordable healthcare to pets. The successful candidate will be joining a rapidly growing group of independent, family-owned practices and a fantastic team of vets, RVNs, VCAs, and front-of-house Care Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working 4 days per week from 08:30-19:00.
- Providing a mix of consulting and theatre duties, with daily administration time factored in.
- Participating in a 1:4 Saturday morning rota from 08:30-13:00 (this will increase as the clinic and vet team continue to grow).
- No out-of-hours work.
- Ensuring a fear-free, centred approach to pet healthcare.
Being Part Of A Team:
- Quarterly 'fun budget' for the team to socialise outside of work.

- Ad hoc trips to Nice & Monaco for CPD, plus a chance for team members to win a trip to the North American Vet Congress.
Salary: They are offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000 p/a reflective of skills and experience
