Job Description
Small Animal Vet - Waltham Forest, East London Key Details 
- Working Days: 4 days per week with a fixed day off, 1-in-4 weekends
- Hours: 9-hour shifts with a balanced mix of consulting and surgery, plus a dedicated daily admin hour
- Duties: Preventive care, diagnostics, case management, and routine surgery
- Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum, reflective of skills and experience
- Our client is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon with over three years of experience, including at least one year in UK practice. The successful candidate will deliver consistent, high-quality care with a focus on early diagnostics, clear treatment planning, and continuity of care.
- The role comprises a balanced caseload across consultations and surgery, with protected time each day for administration and communication.
- The weekend rota runs on a 1-in-4 basis. The practice supports flexible working patterns and will consider alternative arrangements to suit individual preferences.
- The position suits a team player who communicates clearly and collaborates with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues. A commitment to continuous professional development and pet wellbeing is essential.
