The Agency Operator will be a key member of a team responsible for providing a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on-call service to our Principals to ensure the safe and smooth turnaround of all appointed vessels within the jurisdiction of the port office. Contract: Rotterdam, Netherlands (On-Site) Maintain accurate Principal systems, internal Inchcape systems and port/terminal information such as tariffs, berth data and restrictions. Respond to proforma cost and husbandry cost enquiries, ensure accurate PDA/CE data, and hand over to Finance in a timely manner. Ensure suppliers understand invoicing processes, communicate disbursement instructions, support the DA Team with outstanding invoices and ensure OK-to-Sail requirements are met. Prior port agency experience or a background or education in the maritime, shipping or logistics field. Maritime or ICS shipping qualification (or willing to work towards).
