Site Supervisor Drainage - Days & Nights

We are looking for Supervisors to lead the team of HGV Tanker Drivers who work across the region. You will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out efficiently in line with the Waste Contract. The role involves tankering various non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the regions.

Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off to cover nights

Salary: £17 per hour

Overtime: 1.25 uplift

On Call Bonus: £25 per day

Night hourly uplift: 20%

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring all engineers comply with PPE & company policies
• Supporting engineers in the field
• Assessing competencies of engineers
• Conducting audits
• Training engineers
• Managing sites and keeping clients informed
• H&S onsite
• Basic vehicle maintenance & stock management
• Providing work instructions to engineers
• Problem-solving
• Site setup and housekeeping
• Planning breaks for 12-hour or 24-hour drivers
• Managing deliveries and equipment off-hiring
• Carrying out ad hoc requests from management
• Adhering to all company policies and responsibilities
