Site Supervisor (6-month FTC)Immediate startMiddlesbrough, site-based Up to £27ph (PAYE - Inside Ir35) + 45 hours per week + Immediate Start + Early Completion Bonus We're currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major civils and landscaping project on a cemetery development in Middlesbrough, on a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for longer-term opportunities.The project will involve deep drainage, road construction and soft landscaping works, with the successful candidate overseeing the day-to-day running of the site and managing multiple subcontractors.The Role:

• Supervising daily site operations on a cemetery project
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating works
• Monitoring health & safety and site paperwork
• Progress reporting and regular communication with the Contracts Manager
• Managing works on a live/sensitive site with public access

The Person:

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid
• Previous civils, drainage, or landscaping experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
