Site Supervisor - Infrastructure Projects - Eastern & Southern Netherlands - Freelance

We are currently looking for several experienced Site Supervisors for one of our key clients, working on large-scale infrastructure projects in the Netherlands.

Our client are responsible for a huge number of projects across the country, including the constructing new projects, as well as improving the country's existing infrastructure. They need civil engineers in both the Eastern and Southern regions in The Netherlands.

Job Details:

Role: Site Supervisor X 3

Locations: Southern & Eastern Netherlands

Rate: Dependent on experience

Sector: Civil Engineering

Key Skills Required:

• Dutch speaking - Essential for daily communication with site teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Background in Civil Engineering
• Strong Infrastructure experience
• Experience supervising large-scale projects

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site operations and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to keep the project on schedule
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Serve as the key point of contact between site teams and project managers/clients
• Maintain accurate records and provide clear updates on progress and issues
