Site Sub Agent: Civil Project Lead & Mentor

BMD Group is seeking a Consultant Sub Agent for a full-time, site-based role in Plymouth. You will manage and mentor junior engineers and support the Agent in delivering construction operations safely, on time and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, developing programmes, and ensuring CDM compliance. BPSS clearance is required; CSCS/SMSTS knowledge is desirable.
