The Site Selection Specialist will be responsible for assisting and supporting for the end to end process and operational KPIs associated with transforming proposed parcel locker site locations into fully functioning and installed assets that receive daily parcels.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

This role requires focused on all parcel locker deployment related processes, including but not limited to location pre-surveys, on site surveys, pre-deployment electrical works and groundworks, obtaining any necessary permits, scheduling of all site visits, organizing the locker installation schedule with partners, making sure the machines are ready for deployment, and managing the relationships with our sub-contractors that perform these services. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for making sure we are deploying the agreed and approved number of lockers per week, and that all pre-deployment steps have been taken before a locker leaves the warehouse to be installed.

This will require hiring and managing a team of Deployment Managers and Coordinators,

as well as utilizing multiple 3rd party subcontractors.

This requires a close working relationship with multiple internal and external parties, so a

strong project management background and track record of success in a similar role that

requires consistent weekly deployment/installation targets be hit is necessary.

We have high deployment goals, so the successful candidate needs to be extremely

organized, work well under pressure, have a high sense of urgency and a success mindset, and be able to effectively manage a team while also contributing individually


Well, what will the requirements be?

• 2-4 years in a position similar to the one offered.

• Highly proficient in Office Suite.

• Driving licence valid in Spain.

• University degree preferred.

• English B2

• Ideally experience in a comparable or similar role

• Proven track record of success exceeding goals

• Operations and/or project management experience

• Ability to manage complex situations and multiple partners at one time

• Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and partner management skills

• Experience setting up processes for tracking, reporting, and analytics

• Experience coming up with creative solutions and problem solving - Ability to

implement processes, improvements and to work under pressure
