In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel. We are seeking a dedicated professional passionate about security and committed to fostering a safe environment. You will lead initiatives to enhance security protocols and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety and compliance.

WHAT DO THE ROLE ENTAIL?

1. Promote and manage security objectives to ensure site security and protection of assets and staff.
2. Ensure compliance with all Security Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
3. Collaborate with internal and external security stakeholders and operational teams to optimize security performance and meet KPIs.
4. Coordinate responses to incident reports related to stock anomalies and losses.
5. Implement preventative measures based on security intelligence to mitigate stock loss.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Basic knowledge of security concepts and internal tools such as Logics and Incident Management is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in conducting security investigations from start to finish.
• Proven experience in data-driven loss prevention investigations.
• Stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
