I have an opportunity for a Site Manager from a structural background to join an award winning housebuilder on a freelance basis, working on a large residential scheme in North West London.

The company have been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for a Site Manager from a structures background; strong on groundworks and concrete frames, to work on a large residential scheme in North West London, circa £30m in value. This is a long term scheme comprising circa 200 units (RC frame and Traditional Build).

The ideal Site Manager will have a strong track record working on concrete frames, groundworks, have experience of underground services and the technicalities of dealing with Statutory Authorities, and must have the ability to complete Q.A Systems for all structural elements of work.

Experience:

• Track record working on large new build residential projects
• Strong experience on RC frames / groundworks
• Experience of underground services and the technicalities of dealing with Statutory Authorities
• Able to complete Q.A Systems for structural elements of work
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to North West London on a daily basis
