Site Manager (Solar)

I have a Site Manager role with a leading renewable energy investor delivering a 50MW solar farm near Bristol.

This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for permanency.

• Location: Bristol (on-site)

• Contract: 12 months (FTC), potential to go perm

• Sector: Utility-scale solar

• Reporting to: Project Manager

• Manage on-site works for EPC/ICP contractors

• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance

• Coordinate site logistics, inspections, and stakeholder visits

• Oversee HSE compliance and support quality assurance

• Act as day-to-day lead on site from groundworks to commissioning

• Experience in solar, civils, or electrical infrastructure

• Proven experience leading construction sites

• SMSTS (or equivalent)

• Strong leadership and reporting skills
