To strengthen our team, we're looking for CW Site Managers (m/f) who are available to work internationally.


MISSION:

To plan, organise, supervise and control the project resources, as defined in the execution planning and approved re-budgets, in accordance with the Project Manager's guidelines, CJR Renewables' rules and procedures, applicable legislation, international standards and industry best practices, ensuring full compliance with each phase of the project and guaranteeing the execution of the work without incident, accident or QHSE penalty and Customer satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analysing the information and technical specifications and elements of the basic project, as well as the budget, in order to plan and organise the various construction phases;
  • Participating in the preparation of the execution budget and project planning in accordance with the contractual assumptions and targets;
  • Define and plan in detail the global guidelines and respective milestones, the resources and costs associated with each phase of the project, identifying in detail the tasks, activities and critical path;
  • Co-ordinate and collaborate in the reporting associated with the project;
  • Reviewing and studying the terms of reference, technical specifications and descriptive notes, drawings and other project elements;
  • Ensuring the correct and timely allocation of costs and frequent recording of project output;
  • Ensuring compliance with QHSE references, processes, standards and procedures and collaborating with all others, as necessary, for their continuous updating and improvement;
  • Participating in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers, preparing bills of quantities and their comparative maps and approving them in accordance with the defined workflow;
  • Supporting the Project Manager technically and in the preparation of reports, project planning, cost and production control and invoicing processes;
  • Supporting contract management with the Client;
  • Ensuring compliance with the budget and project planning;
  • Supporting the management of the internal team's human resources, promoting the development of skills (technical and behavioural), as well as giving priority to the Group's values and a good working environment, in order to guarantee progress and the consideration of each person's skills;
  • Complying with and promoting the principles established in the Integrated Management Policy (Quality, Safety and Environment) and the Management System procedures approved by the Organisation.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering;
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and SAP;
  • Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English (preferred);
  • Results-orientated;
  • Availability to work abroad.
