Site Manager Required for Ongoing Commercial Building Project



Your new company
Due to successful bidding, one of Northern Ireland's continuously growing family-run construction contractors is now seeking a Site Manager to oversee a commercial scheme in Co. Tyrone. Having been established for over 40 years, the company has built an enviable portfolio of projects within the commercial, industrial, education & healthcare sectors, developing a strong client network and establishing a reputation for successfully delivering innovative and complex projects across Northern Ireland.

Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing programme of a steel-frame building, to include brickwork, cladding, roofing, internal and external works on the initial project in the Northwest.You will be required to oversee the subcontractors and direct labour in order to meet the programme of works. You will be responsible for carrying out audits, inspections and quality control along with undertaking any site inductions as required. You will liaise with Project/Contracts Managers, communicating regular progress reports and ensuring the project is kept on track.

What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Site Manager, previous experience managing construction projects from brick and blockwork through to completion as Site No.1 is essential, with demonstrable knowledge of overseeing bricklayers, cladding and internal trades.As this project is currently ongoing, you will be finishing up a current project or available immediately. Furthermore, you must hold a valid CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS qualification.
