Position: Site Manager
Salary: £280.00 - £300.00 per day
Contract Type: Freelance (4-8 weeks)
Availability: Immediately available
The RoleDaniel Owen are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a new build housing development. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage site operations efficiently while upholding commitment to quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate all site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure seamless workflow and high standards of workmanship.
- Monitor construction progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues to avoid delays.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to uphold commitment to excellence.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with building regulations and industry best practices.
- Extensive experience as a Site Manager within the residential construction sector.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
