Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the delivery of electrical building services works on site. You will be responsible for the safe, compliant and programme-driven installation of electrical systems, ensuring quality, safety and commercial targets are achieved.
What you will be doing:- Manage all on-site electrical activities and specialist subcontractors
- Oversee installation of LV distribution, containment, cabling, lighting, small power and fire alarm systems
- Coordinate specialist systems including data, security, access control and BMS interfaces
- Ensure works are delivered safely in line with RAMS and company procedures
- Monitor inspections, testing, energisation and commissioning activities
- Coordinate with other trades to maintain programme and avoid clashes
- Report progress, manage risks and support commercial control of electrical packages
- Maintain strong client, consultant and supply chain relationships
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor with a main contractor
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services installations
- Good understanding of BS 7671 and electrical compliance requirements
- Ability to drive programme, quality and health & safety performance on site
- Commercial awareness and understanding of NEC/JCT contracts
- SMSTS and appropriate CSCS Card (essential)
- Electrical qualification (e.g. HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) - desirable
